I've just seen The Fighter and I seriously doubt Amy having a real shot at Oscar or Golden Globe or anything like that. I really liked her more in Junebug and especially in Doubt, but it's a fine performance.

I think it will be Melissa Leo: and quite deserving I might add - I didn't see overacting, I dunno what people were bitching about.

yet I secretly hope for a miracle and Jacki Weaver to win.
